About Our Price Data
From 2 February 2026, UK fuel retailers are legally required to report price changes within 30 minutes under the Government's Fuel Finder Scheme.
Please note: The scheme is new, and the Government has confirmed that until May 2026, the focus will be on helping retailers comply rather than enforcement. During this period, some prices may be less accurate as businesses adapt to the new system. We recommend always checking the displayed price at the pump before filling up.

Fuelwise is a free fuel price comparison service that helps users find and compare petrol and diesel prices at fuel stations across the United Kingdom. The Service includes:

- UK Fuel Price Index and statistics
3. Price Information Disclaimer
Important: Fuel prices displayed on our Service are sourced from UK Government data provided by fuel retailers. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:
- Prices may not reflect real-time changes at fuel stations
- Actual prices at the pump may differ from those displayed
- Station availability, opening hours, and facilities may vary
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any price or station information
Always verify prices at the fuel station before making purchasing decisions. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission

Fuel price data is sourced from public UK Government datasets. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including:
- OpenStreetMap for mapping
- External navigation apps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze) for directions
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
7. User Responsibilities
When using route planning and navigation features:
- You are solely responsible for safe driving practices
- Do not operate the Service while driving
- Always follow traffic laws and road signs
